Air and pipeline inspection is a key maintenance step. The leak testing machine relies on stable air pressure operation, and operators need to check the intake pipeline, sealing ring, and joints daily for looseness, leakage, and aging. Check the bending and wear of the trachea every week, replace aging rubber rings and damaged pipelines in a timely manner, regularly discharge accumulated water and dust from the filter, ensure stable air pressure delivery, and eliminate detection deviations caused by air circuit failures.

In addition, equipment parameter calibration and component maintenance need to be done well. Perform no-load calibration after each shift starts up to confirm the accuracy of the test data; Regularly inspect core precision components such as solenoid valves and pressure sensors to avoid frequent start stop overload operation. Long term idle equipment needs to be powered off, disconnected from gas, and protected against dust.
